Return Policy and information

All Returns Must be Made Within 30 Days of Delivery

We at Trench Drain Supply hope every product you purchase meets or exceeds your expectations, but fully understand that is not always possible. We will accept all new returns of our standard items within 30 days of delivery. Special Order or non standard products are not returnable. Items received damaged must be reported immediately within 48 hours, and returned within 30 days.

All authorized returns must be in their original condition, include all components, and cannot be damaged due to incorrect installation. Items that have been installed cannot be returned. We are not responsible for shipping charges, labor expenses, or repair expenses caused by the use of incorrect or defective parts during installation.

Manufacturers re-stocking fees of 25% will apply + return shipping costs.

Return Procedure

Obtain an RMA# - Items are returnable only within 30 days of purchase. First, fill out the RMA Request Form below in order to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#) or contact our Shipping and Receiving department. Any order refused at delivery (without prior arrangement and approval of a Customer Care Specialist) will be treated as a return. Returns will not be accepted without an RMA#.

The approved RMA# together with the return shipping instructions will be sent to the email address provided within 48 hours of submitting RMA Form.



When RMA# is Received

Prepare Return for shipping - Once RMA# is received, items must be returned within 15 days after the RMA# has been issued. We recommend sending material back in the original or similar packaging to avoid damage. Include a copy of the original invoice if possible. Put RMA# on the outside of the package. Arrange for a shipping company of your choice to pick up at a time convenient for you. After pick up, please email us the tracking number and any other return information.

Return Shipping Assistance - We will provide return shipping assistance if needed. We will arrange to pick up the package either by UPS or Freight Carrier. In order to do this you must provide us the following information; 1. Pallet or boxes, 2. Size and approx weight of box or boxes, 3. Pickup Address, 4. Time range pickup can be done. For UPS Pickup - You will receive a email with UPS Pickup Labels. These labels need to be printed and affixed to box or boxes PRIOR to UPS arriving. After pickup please let us know the pickup was completed. For Freight Pickup - You will receive a email with information on Carrier Name And a Bill of Lading (BOL). The BOL need to be printed and ready to give driver PRIOR to carrier arriving. Pallet MUST have our name and address clearly visable. Driver will affix a Pro Number to BOL on pickup. After pickup please email us a copy of BOL and/or Pro Number. *Note Return Freight will be deducted from refund amount

When Return is Received in Warehouse - All returns will be processed and inspected in our warehouse before an exchange/credit can be issued. Items found to be damaged are not eligible for return. Once restocked, A credit will be processed. We will take into account any return freight fees, restock fees, or damaged items in determining the credit amount. Once the credit amount is completed it will be sent to Accounting for a refund.

Obtaining the Refund - Refunds normally process and credit within 5 business days of the warehouse receiving the material. Credits will ONLY be made to the payment method used to place the order. You will receive a "Return Completed" email on the day the refund is credited. Please allow 1-7 business days for your financial institution to reflect the credit back onto your account.
