Polycast 700 Hard Nosed Frame Trench Drain

700 Series HARDNOSE
The Polycast 700 Series is based around 600 Series channels. This system is designed for heavy industrial applications. It is available with cast iron or HDPE wearing edges and both polyester and Vinyl Ester resin to meet any need from heavy forklift traffic to use in highly corrosive chemical plants. 500 Series
The Polycast 500 Series Deck Drain system is ideally suited for a variety of above grade applications requiring drainage of incidental water run-off. It is designed to be installed in suspended slab applications such as parking structures, pool deck areas and many other thin slab applications. The 500 Series uses the same grates as the 600 Series and we do list these 500 Series Replacement Grates.

FP800
The Polycast FP800 Trench Drain is an 8" wide lightweight fiberglass system. This system is designed for fast installation and high volume. Ductile iron grates, steel wearing edges and gel coated water bearing surface provides the ultimate solution for long lasting high performance trench drain. FP1200
The Polycast FP1200 Trench Drain is an 12" wide lightweight fiberglass system. This system is designed for fast installation and high volume. 400 Series
A 4.25" Internal width neutral system. The steel grate is bicycle and wheelchair resistant and will support limited automotive traffic. The Polycast 400 Series residential trench drain system features 48" long channels and grates with integral wearing edges. This trench drain is suitable for residential purposes. It has an Overlay Grate.

800 Series MAXI Drain
The Polycast 800 Series MAXI Drain is an 8" internal width neutral system designed for industrial applications. System features 48" long channels and is available in Vinyl Ester for highly corrosive Environments. 900 Series
The Polycast 900 Series Trench Drain is designed specifically for highway use. This 4.25" internal width drain features non-removeable grates which lock into the surrounding slab via ductile iron anchors. These high flow grates meet AASHTO H-25 and DIN Class D loading criteria. 3000 Series
The Polycast 3000 Series Fiberglass Trench Drain system is designed with a unique bulb shape for maximum water evacuation in runoff heavy sites such as highways, airports, and shipyards.
